How to make
Beat the powdered sugar, coconut oil and sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the eggs and continue to beat the mixture. Add the coconut and rice flour.
Mix the starch with the milk and add them to the mixture. Finally add the baking powder and vanilla.
Mix very well and pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake the sponge cake at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes or until it's fully baked.
The sponge cake with coconut flour is ready.
