How to make
The pork is washed and dried. The rosemary, oregano, black pepper, coriander, garlic powder and sea salt are mixed with olive oil.
Spread this mixture on the meat, wrap it in cling film and leave it for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Take it out and leave it to rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
The pork is wrapped in foil and baked for 15 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees). Reduce the oven to 340°F (170 degrees) and bake it for 1 hour.
