How to make
Clean the trout, wash it and strain it from the water. Season with a little salt (if your diet allows) and black pepper. It is good to be left aside for at least 30 minutes.
On a sheet of aluminum foil, place the sliced tomatoes in a row as long as the fish is. Sprinkle with oregano or place a small sprig of the spice, if that's what you have.
Put the flavored trout onto the tomato slices. Cut the lemon into thin slices. Put half of them in the stomach of the fish and arrange the other half on top of it.
Drizzle them with olive oil and wrap the fish in foil. Bake the fish on a preheated grill for 12 minutes (approximately) on both sides.
If you prepare it this way, the trout is suitable as a dietary, light meal. Enjoy!
