Ingredients

  • spelt flour - 14 oz (400 g)
  • coconut sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • grape seed oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml) or another
  • tahini - 1/5 cup (60 g), I used sesame tahini, but you can use a different one
  • water - 2 cups (470 ml) or milk
  • figs and nuts - topping

How to make

Set the figs aside and mix absolutely all the other ingredients in a bowl using a wire whisk.

Pour the mixture into a suitable cake tin.

Sprinkle with nuts on top and arrange the sliced ​​figs as you like.

Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 60 minutes, check it with a toothpick: stick it in the middle, it should come out dry!

Allow the Christmas cake to cool completely and it is ready.
