  • pasta - 9 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 5 - 6 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley
  • parmesan - for sprinkling (grated)

How to make

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package and then strain it.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic until it turns golden brown. Add parsley and the pasta. Stir well.

Serve the pasta while it's warm and generously sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese.
