How to make
The minced meat (it is better if it is veal minced meat) is seasoned with salt, pepper, crushed garlic cloves and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Knead and leave it to cool for about 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into crescents and fry until soft. From the cooled minced meat, burgers are formed with the size of the buns, and preferably a little bigger, because they will shrink during baking.
Cook them on a flattop grill or a regular one. The buns are cut in half and also placed on the grill to lightly bake on the inside.
Arrange half a bun, a tablespoon of fried onions, a burger, melted cheese, a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce. It ends with the other half of the bread.
