How to make
In a bowl, mix 7 oz (200 g) quark, sugar, vanilla and the egg yolks.
Add the warm fresh milk and melted butter and mix.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites into snow and add them to the mixture in parts.
Heat a dry pan, pour about 1.5 tbsp. of the mixture and cook the American pancakes on both sides.
Mash the strawberries, 1.8 oz (50 g) quark and 1-2 tbsp. sugar and serve this sweet dip with your american-style quark pancakes.
