To delight your loved ones with delicious and original burgers, mix the minced meat with finely chopped onions, a little red pepper, salt and black pepper to taste.
We shape the meatballs according to our personal preferences and toss them to grill on the grill pan. Shortly before removing them from the heat, put a piece of cheese on each, to melt slightly.
The burger buns are cut in half and toasted for a few seconds in a hot pan so that they can be caramelised a bit and give us the incredible taste and aroma we expect.
Spread Barbecue sauce on the bottom bun, then place the salad, meat, tomatoes and finish the construction with the top bun covered with mayonnaise. To prevent it from falling apart, we can hold it with a wooden stick.
Ideal with a garnish of breaded onions, french fries or green salad with tomatoes.
