How to make
Rinse the duck meat with water, put it in a saucepan with cold water and put on high heat.
Cut carrots, onions and celery into large pieces.
Once the water boils, remove the foam that is formed on top each time it appears.
When the broth stops foaming, reduce the heat and add the vegetables. Cover with a lid and cook for 40-60 minutes.
After 40-60 minutes, add to the prepared broth bay leaf, pepper, salt to taste.
Stir and leave for another 20 minutes.
Remove the meat and vegetables from the broth.
Strain the duck broth several times.
