Ingredients

  • pumpkin - about 2.6 lb (1.2 kg), violin
  • oranges - 2 pcs.
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • orange juice - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • water - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • vanilla pod - 1 pc.

How to make

Peel and grate the pumpkin. Peel an orange and separate the pieces of fruit.

Cut the lemon peels as well as well. Place the pumpkin in a deep pot on the hob.

Add sugar and water and stir. Halve the vanilla pod, separate the seeds and add them to the pumpkin. Add the pod in the pot for extra flavor.

Add the cinnamon, orange juice, orange slices and citrus peels.
