Caviar is one of the healthiest foods. Contains a large amount of protein, vitamins, iron, magnesium, calcium. Apart from being an aphrodisiac, caviar is also used as an antidepressant. This is because it is saturated with Omega-3 fatty acids. Strengthens bones and improves vision.

Eggs with caviar are a simple and exquisite cold appetizer, the success of which is entrusted to the quality of the ingredients and the freshness of the eggs.

Dip the eggs (which you will keep at room temperature so that they do not break during cooking) in a saucepan with plenty of water and cook over medium heat. After 5 minutes, remove them.

Put them in cold water and peel them.

Cut the eggs from the thicker side so you form a base so that they can sit straight, place them on a serving platter and then cut them vertically, only in half, so that they open without separating completely.

Cut the oranges into slices and place one under each egg which you will put inside; then pour a spoonful of yoghurt into the eggs, arrange a teaspoon of caviar to form a strip, and serve. Serve the caviar as an appetizer.

Do not eat caviar with a stainless steel spoon or fork, nor should you place it on a metal or steel plate.

Try different types of caviar such as sturgeon (Israel, Bulgaria and China), love sturgeon, beluga (Iran and Bulgaria), Sevruga (Bulgaria), Sturgeon Pecus (Italy).
