How to make
Beat the eggs.
Add the breadcrumbs and cornflour until thick breading is obtained.
Dip the nettle tips in the mixture and fry the breaded nettle on both sides in hot oil until golden crispy.
Serve crispy breaded nettle with garlic sauce if desired.
