Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1 pc. (finely chopped)
  • peas - 4.6 oz (130 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 oz (300 g) cut into halves
  • broccoli - 1 head (chopped)
  • carrots - 1 pc. (cut into thin slices)
  • spring onion - finely chopped
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 8 pcs.
  • salt - 2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.

How to make

Preheat the oven. Grease a pan and place all the chopped vegetables in it.

Separately, beat the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper and pour this mixture over the vegetables.

Let the frittata bake for about an hour. It's very easy and it's so nutritious.

It goes well with an yogurt sauce.
