How to make
Boil the spaghetti for about 10 min. in boiling water and drain them.
Whisk the eggs, add the cheese, parsley and season with the spices.
Add the spaghetti and stir.
Melt half the butter in a wide casserole or deep pan. Add the spaghetti, stir and put a lid on.
Cook on low heat until the spaghetti gain a slight crisp. Put them in a plate, add the remaining butter to the casserole and fry the spaghetti on the other side.
Serve the frittata warm, cut into triangular pieces.
