How to make
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and braise it. Add the thinly sliced zucchini and the garlic and cook another 2 min.
Beat the eggs and season them with salt and black pepper. Pour them into the vegetables and pasta, then add half the parmesan and basil.
Pour the mixture in a pan and fry 8-10 min. until the frittata is ready.
Transfer the pan to an oven and bake until it crisps on the top as well. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and basil and serve.
