  • mint - 3 - 4 stalks
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Blanch the frozen peas in a pot full of boiling water for a few minutes.

Strain the peas and pour them into a blender.

Add the diced butter, fresh mint and spinach leaves inside. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
