  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • octopus - 1 pc. canned
  • green onions - 1 sprig
  • olives - 5 - 10 pcs. kalamata
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • garlic pepper

How to make

The baguette is cut into slices. Put in a large baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil and then with salt, oregano, black pepper and garlic. Bake them.

During this time, the tomatoes are cleaned of seeds and only the flesh is cut into small pieces. Season with a little salt and olive oil.

Take the slices, put some of the tomato concasse and finely chopped marinated octopus on top. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and garnish with pitted olives.
