How to make
First, put the beans to soak from the night before. In the morning, strain them from the water, add new water and place it on the stove to boil. Once the beans are cooked, make the thickener.
Grate one onion and cut the garlic into small pieces. Grab a frying pan, add butter and oil in it and add the onion and garlic, fry them a little and add two spoons of tomato puree and flour. After a while, add the mixture to the beans.
You decide how much water to add, depending on how dense you want the soup. After you boil the water for a little while, add salt, mint and pepper.
This bean soup does not require paprika, like it normally does. Let it simmer a bit and serve it with onions, which is mandatory.
