Ingredients

  • beans - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • carrots - 4.5 oz (120 g)
  • celery - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • onions - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (80 g)
  • peppers - 3 oz (80 g)
  • chili peppers - 4
  • oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • mint
  • salt

How to cook

Drain the soaked in cold water beans, pour cold water over them once more and boil with the oil, finely chopped onion, carrots and celery and later - with the peppers, which have been cut in pieces.

When the beans soften, add the chopped tomatoes and mint. Add salt and boil for another 20 minutes, and when ready, sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
