  • pork chops - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • cow butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Wash the pork chops well with cold water, then sprinkle them with salt and black pepper on both sides. The steaks do not need to be tenderized.

Heat the honey and butter in a small pan on the hob, stir constantly and then grease the steaks well with the mixture.

Arrange the steaks in a baking pan and pour beer and half a cup of water over them. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 60 minutes.

Then remove the foil from the baking pan and place it back in the oven until they get an appetizing golden-brown color.

Serve the steaks hot with a suitable salad and a well-chilled jug of beer or a bottle of wine.
