  • minced meat - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 1 medium - sized onion
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • dry savory herb - 2 tsp.
  • breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • beer - 2/3 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper - optional
  • flour - for rolling

How to make

Put the minced meat into a large bowl, spread it out, make a well and put the egg in it. Add the finely chopped onion, the crushed savory herb, breadcrumbs, beer, as much salt as you like and black pepper if desired. Mix everything well.

Pour the flour into a plate.

Make balls, slightly larger than an egg, roll them in flour to form the meatballs, which are then placed in a greased or covered with baking paper tray.

Place in a preheated 180 ° C oven.
