How to make
Cut the tomatoes into medium pieces and put them on the fire without putting water in.
Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, and a bunch of (well-tied together) dill.
Let the tomatoes cook until soft, then remove from the heat, remove the dill and mash them with a blender.
If you wish, you can grind them through a strainer.
Return the tomato sauce to heat and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
When the sauce reaches the desired density, remove it from the heat and add a packet of butter and a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Mix the sauce well, try it and if necessary add more salt.
Serve with roast meat, fish, pasta, and more.
