Ingredients

  • beef - 5 oz (140 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • onions - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • flour - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 oz (60 g)
  • salt
  • sugar - 1 cube
  • parsley

How to make

Fry the sliced meat. Add the finely chopped onions. After browning, add the flour. Frying continues until the flour turns golden.

Add lukewarm water. Boil until the meat becomes tender. Toward the end, put chopped tomatoes in. Boil for about 20 minutes and add salt and sugar. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
