How to make
The beans are washed and placed in a pressure cooker to cook for about 40 minutes.
The onions are cleaned and cut into crescents.
Put half of the oil in a pan, add the onions and fry them until they soften. Remove from the heat and season with paprika.
Strain the beans, put the remaining oil on the bottom of a clay pot with a lid, cover the bottom with beans, season with mint and devesil and cover with a layer of onions.
A new row of beans follows, once again add the spices and onions. The last row is the same - beans, spices, onions and ends with beans.
Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of water and the stew is placed in an oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
