How to cook
Chop the mushrooms, peppers and onions into chunky pieces.
Fry them in a little fat, until they soften.
Transfer everything into a baking pan and add the peas, green beans, beans, grated tomatoes, sliced potatoes and carrot.
Season the Greek-Style Beans with black pepper, salt and stir.
Pour enough hot water to lightly cover the dish.
Bake the beans with vegetables at 480°F (250°C), until the potatoes are ready and fully baked.
