  • rabbit meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • green peppers - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1 pc.
  • dry parsley - 1 tbsp.
  • fresh parsley
  • vermicelli noodles - 1 cup
  • Thickener
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Grab a pot and place the rabbit meat in it to boil. After about an hour, the meat should be fully cooked and we can turn off the stove.

Take out the meat and strain the broth and pour it back into the pot.

Once the meat has cooled, shred it or cut it into small pieces, as you would for soup.

We do not add any fat. In the broth fat has separated from the rabbit and that is enough.

Finely chop the onion and pepper, grate a carrot and add the vegetables to the broth. After 10 minutes add the rabbit meat, noodles, salt and parsley and let the rabbit soup boil for about 10 minutes.
