How to make
Peel the potatoes, leeks and mushrooms. Cut them into small pieces.
Put them in a pot full of water. The water only needs to cover the products.
Put the pot on the stove and wait for it to boil. Reduce heat and cook for about half an hour or until vegetables are ready.
Remove the mushroom soup from the heat. Add the butter and cooking cream/milk - *depends on how old the children are and what they eat.
Stir and blend with a blender. Place it back on the hob and bring it to a boil. Serve the mushroom soup for children warm with crackers.
*I have never used salt as an ingredient when cooking for young children, so I did not write it down as an ingredient in this recipe.
