  • mushrooms - 2.6 lb (1.2 kg)
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
  • tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • onions - 1 onion
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • water - 10 tbsp.
  • dill - for sprinkling

How to make

Peel the mushrooms and place them in a pan with 6 tbsp. of olive oil. Fry them until golden. Add the onions that you have cut into crescents.

Fry it as well and then the other products and spices. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn off the stove and serve the mushrooms immediately and sprinkle them with dill.
