How to make
Clean and wash the mushrooms. Cut them into medium-sized pieces. Peel an onion and finely chop it.
Stew the onions in heated oil or other fat. Add the paprika and flour and stir.
Add the chopped mushrooms and the two liters of water.
Add the broth and as much salt as you like. Leave it to cook for about 40 minutes.
Serve the mushroom soup warm and with a lot of love.
