How to make
Soak the bread in water for 15 minutes, squeeze it and add to the minced meat. Finely chop the onion and parsley as well. Add them together with the egg and knead the minced meat with the spices.
Leave it in the refrigerator, covered with foil, for several hours. Before you start preparing the stuffed meatballs, remove the minced meat so that it reaches room temperature.
Prepare the filling by finely slicing the mushrooms. You can stew them in oil if you want, but it's not necessary.
Form the delicious meatballs, flatten them, add the filling and seal. Fry them on both sides. You may or may not roll them in flour beforehand.
Serve the meatballs with a wonderful mushroom filling with a side dish of your choice.
