How to make

Dice the meat, put the pieces in a saucepan, pour some oil and cook under a lid for 15-20 minutes, while making sure to stir occasionally.

Cut the carrots lenghtwise, into sticks, the onions into crescents and the garlic into small pieces. Once the meat is almost cooked add the carrots, onions and garlic. Then add a little water and cook for 10 minutes.

After that, add the roasted vegetables, paprika, salt, black pepper, bay leaf and leave them for 5 minutes. Last but not least, add the peas and about 5 cups (1 liter) of water.

Crumble the peppers into large bits and add them to the dish, boil for 10 minutes and remove the dish from the heat. Last thing you need to do is to sprinkle the delicious stew with fresh parsley.

The pork with peas and dried peppers is ready.
