How to make
Wash the mushrooms and blanch them in salted water for 5 minutes. Finely chop the sauerkraut. Take out the mushrooms and wash them with cold water.
Add some fat in the pan and fry the mushrooms, then add the sauerkraut until it is completely stewed. Finally add the rice, paprika and black pepper.
Add 3 cups water and stir occasionally. Then transfer it into a pan and bake at 390°F (200 degrees).
