In a pressure cooker, place the salted and rubbed in paprika pieces of lamb. Cut the potatoes into large cubes and place them on top of the meat. Spread the frozen peas and peppers on the potatoes.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh onion, mint, black pepper, salt, oil on top and add the tomato juice. If it isn't enough, add 1 cup of water.
Close the pot and once it boils set a timer for 30-35 minutes, after which the dish is ready - stewed, aromatic and very tasty stewed lamb.
