"Making the perfect shish kabob depends not only on the quality of the meat but also marinating it in the perfect marinade!"

Ingredients

  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • mustard - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • peppers - 5 - 6, sliced
  • onions - 4 - 5 heads
  • vodka - 2/5 cup (100 ml), can use brandy
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • black pepper - 1 packet, ground
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Cut the onions, meat and peppers into adequate shapes for putting them on the skewers.

Mix the tomato juice with mustard, vodka, beer and spices (you can add other spices to taste), and soak the meat and vegetables in the marinade for 1 night.

The next day, skewer and bake them.
