To enjoy this healthy iced tea not only in winter - as a hot drink, but also in summer - we can turn it into a refreshing drink - iced tea.

Wash the fresh oregano inflorescences and place them in boiling water.

Leave them in the water for about 5 minutes, then strain. Cool the tea and sweeten with brown sugar or honey before serving.
