  • cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • honey - 1/2 tsp.
  • coffee - 1 cup. Espresso

How to make

Start making the coffee. Meanwhile, add grated dark chocolate or a small amount of quality cocoa on the bottom of the cup.

Add honey, preferably fresh. Then add the cinnamon and stir. Add a few bits of black pepper and a little vanilla.

Stir well. Pour the coffee into the cup, but leave some space. Top it off with whipped cream. The aromatic Viennese coffee is ready.
