How to cook

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until you obtain a fluffy snow.

Beat the yolks with the sugar. Add the butter to them and stir well once more. Add the lemon zest and juice.

Pour the yolk mixture into the flour, stir and finally add the whites.

Prepare a 5″ (13 cm) x 7″ (18 cm) baking form.

Transfer the mixture to the form, arrange the cherries on top. Bake about 45 min. in a highly heated oven.
