  • tagliatelle - 1 pack
  • sour cream - 1 cup (200 - 250 ml)
  • smoked bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parmesan - by taste
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)
  • black pepper

How to make

Bring water to a boil for the selected amount of tagliatelle. Before adding the tagliatelle to the boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of oil. Remove them when they are semi-cooked and set them aside.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a deep pan with butter and a little oil, then add the finely chopped bacon slices and fry until they're golden brown.

Finally add the sour cream and season with salt and black pepper.

Place the tagliatelle back into the deep pot (we do not discard the tagliatelle broth) and add 1 ladle, mix everything carefully until the liquid evaporates!

While everything is warm, grate as much Parmesan cheese as you desire.
