"Oved baked omelette with a variety of vegetables - healthy and tasty."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - 2/3 cup
  • red peppers - 1/2 pc.
  • green peppers - 1/2 pc.
  • onions - 1/2 pc.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • chilli - 1 tsp.

How to make

All products are mixed together in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Then in a heated pan with about 4-5 tbsp. of oil, pour the egg mixture.

When the mixture starts to boil, the pan is transferred into the oven, which is switched on to 390°F (200 degrees).

The omelette should be ready in 10-12 minutes.

Serve warm.
