How to make
Fry the meat in fat until golden brown. The sliced cabbage is added next to the meat, pour a little broth or water over.
I add the chopped tomatoes, salt, savory herb and bay leaf.
Cook until the meat is ready.
Transfer everything to a tray, remove with a slotted spoon to drain the liquid. Sprinkle generously with paprika, if necessary add more fat. I personally like it more greasy.
Bake in the oven until it forms an appetizing color and crisp.
