How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into cubes. The onions are also cleaned and finely chopped.
In a saucepan pour 3 cups of water and when it boils, add the chopped potatoes and onions.
Boil for approximately 10-15 minutes, add the broccoli, salt, and pepper, a cube of vegetable broth to taste, and cook all vegetables.
Pour the milk into the soup. Remove from the heat and mash with a blender.
The finished soup is served chilled and decorated with fresh parsley leaves.
