  • noodles - 2 handfuls
  • salt

  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • parsley - for sprinkling

How to make

The onions, carrots, potatoes and zucchini are cleaned and washed. Finely chop the onion and carrot and fry them in a little oil along with the flour and paprika.

When the onions and carrots are stewed, pour 2 liters of water and boil it. During this time, the zucchini and potatoes are cut into cubes. The tomato is also finely chopped.

The potatoes, zucchini, peas, tomatoes and spices are added to the broth. When all the products have softened, add the broccoli and noodles. After about 5-10 minutes the soup is ready and you can sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.
