Ingredients

  • dried red peppers - 8 - 10 pcs.
  • white beans - 0.9 lb (400 g), canned
  • red beans - 0.9 lb (400 g), canned
  • leek - 1/2 stalk
  • onions - 1/2 an onion
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • mint - 1 tsp.
  • savory herb - 1 tsp.
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Soak the peppers in water. Finely chop the onion. Leave it simmer in a deep bowl. Cut the leeks and add them as well. Season with salt and black pepper. Add the beans.

Add the dry spices - mint, savory herb and smoked paprika. Add the tomato puree and 1/2 cup of water to make a sauce.

Wait for the mixture to thicken and remove from the heat. Strain the peppers and fill them with the bean stuffing.
