"Easy and fast potatoes, cooked in a pan, with a familiar and beloved aroma"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17 oz (500 g)
  • dill - 1/2 sprig
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
measures

How to make

Wash and clean the potatoes well, peel them, and put them to boil in salted water. Do not let the potatoes become very soft, they must remain half-cooked.

Cut the half-cooked potatoes into large pieces and fry them in the preheated oil until they acquire a golden crust.

Finally, mix the potatoes with the finely chopped dill and mashed garlic and leave them on the stove for 1-2 minutes.

If desired, you can add the chopped dill and mashed garlic after removing the potatoes from the stove, and then they will stay fresher. Sprinkle the sauteed potatoes with black pepper.
