How to make
Grate the mushrooms and fry them in 1 tbsp. of butter.
Cut the ham into small pieces and add to the mushrooms. Fry for another 1-2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Whip the egg whites until they foam up. Grate and add the mozzarella to them.
Place a teflon pan on the stove and heat. Grease with a little oil and pour a ladle of the egg whites mixture. Fry for 2-3 minutes and pour evenly 2 tbsp. of the mushroom mixture.
Leave it fry for another 2-3 minutes, fold it in half and remove it into a plate. This is how we fry the whole amount of the mixture.
Serve immediately with a side dish of your choice.
