How to make
Separate 2 eggs whites and put them in the fridge. Beat the remaining egg yolks and sugar to a smooth cream. Add the cream, oil, scraped vanilla pod, sifted flour with baking powder and mix well. Optionally, you can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Put the mixture in a laid out with baking paper form and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven until ready. In a tray on the stove, melt the chocolate with the butter and cream. Stir the mixture until homogeneous, then leave it to cool slightly while stirring and pour it over the baked cake.
Put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate topping solidifies - for 1-2 hours. Then brush with the beaten to snow egg whites with powdered sugar and bake for 5 minutes in a highly heated oven.
