How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into cubes.
Put them on a baking tray. Season with salt and vegetable seasoning.
Pour about 1 cup of water. Sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes at no more than 390°F (200 degrees). Make sure to stir 2-3 times during the baking process.
When the potatoes soften and are a golden-brown color, they are ready.
Peel the garlic cloves and press them. Season the stewed potatoes with the pressed garlic and fresh dill.
Garlic and dill stewed potatoes in the oven are an ideal side dish for meat.
