How to cook
Put all of the potatoes in the steam basket in a pot with about 5 cm of salted water.
Boil the water. Reduce the temperature, put the lid on and leave them to simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes soften.
Strain them, chop them and serve them with a little butter and chopped fresh dill and season them with salt, black pepper and paprika.
