The onion and apple are ground into the mincemeat. Flavor it with oregano, add the salt and starch. It is kneaded and left to stand for 10 minutes, covered.
The tomato and pickles are cut into rings, the lettuce - into thin strips. The minced meat is placed in a large plastic bag and rolled with a rolling pin in a rectangular shape with a thickness of 1 finger.
The top part of the plastic is removed and disks are cut off with a metal ring. Bake on a dry frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. The buns are cut crosswise in half, put in a baking dish and baked on the upper grill in a highly preheated oven.
The mayonnaise is placed in a bowl, ketchup is added and mixed. Fry the eggs. Each bun is coated with the sauce on the inside of both parts, the vegetables are arranged along with a fried egg on each burger. The hamburgers are closed and served.
