How to make
Dissolve the yeast with 1 cup of of lukewarm water. Add the sugar, salt and 1 tbsp. flour. Stir and let the yeast rise.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the yeast, oil and yogurt and mix.
Gradually add flour, first stirring with a spoon and then begin to knead until a smooth, non-sticky dough is formed.
Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in volume. Break the dough into 10 balls and shape them into small buns.
Arrange them in a non-stick baking pan. Spread them with egg yolk, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and let them rise again.
Bake them in an oven, by gradually increasing the temperature to 360°F (180°C).
The homemade hamburger buns are ready.
